“To find the connection and share it“

… are the words I wrote when a teacher challenged, “What’s your Purpose in life? Quick. Don’t think. Write it down.” It has informed my life from then till now. I sense connections, explore them and bring them together to share a story.

My work is primarily made with natural materials such as metal, wood, bone, stone and paper --things. Cool to the touch but that will warm to the touching. They are meant to be held, familiar, an experience intimate and infinite in the palm of your hand. Puzzles waiting to be solved but do not yet exist
